I wouldn't, I live there too and I bought express shipping it should have came in 2 or 3 days but it didn't come and it's still a saint Louis Missouri post office now I don't know when am getting my order.

I would greatly reccomend buying from these guys and for a gift even better the stuff they got on this site is so exciting!
