Hi I recently purchased a sweater, when it turned up the seller had sent a completely different sweater from what I had purchased can I have refund?

This exact thing happened to me. Completely different top than what was posted. And it still passed their "inspection". I am still fighting with them to no avail. Good luck.

They do not answer their phones in NYC and a recording refers you to their online chat that they also ignore. Their email support@vestiairecollective.com used to respond but now that also refers you to the chat. They have a F rating on Better Business Bureau and hundreds of unanswered complaints. Good luck.

Same thing happened to me. It's just junk they're pushing
