New to the site Processed order(s) for coins and hat and lifetime membership even though I could not submit proof of service. Is that a problem (?)

No, that is not a problem. We do ask that you click the checkbox that confirms your military involvement. Also for our membership ID card, the service we use may be able to verify your status without the paperwork.
