Scam in my experience. No help from customer service and no reply to email
In my opinion, SCAM. They don't back their products with service.
They are a reseller who put their name on anything. Lots of garbage and a few sturdy products. Poor return policy and been sued a bunch of times cavet emptor
They're carried by the likes of Home Depot, but buyer beware. Should you face an issue, good luck on getting a remedy.
Get answers from the Vevor staff and other customers.
