Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Viagogo staff and previous consumers.
How do we report them? I have lost $1600. I sold tickets but no one tells me how to GET my tickets in order to mail them to WHOEVER the buyer is, if in fact there's really a buyer. I'm beginning to think SCAM.
I had the same experience. I emailed them and told them there is no row HZ in Sec 100. First they said no refunds. Then they emailed and said they cancelled the ticket and had not yet taken money from my account. Since that all tickets for Desert Trip went up in price a whole lot! $1k more. You may be able to get your money back if you get on it fast, before they actually take the money. They are associated with StubHub and seem to have sellers who promise to deliver something between row H and P maybe?. Or they are fake tickets. Desert Trip is not even shipping tickets out until September. So? How could you have already e-tickets? Sounds too fishy. Good Luck. Get on them NOW!
I'm from Argentina and was in Europe last month following ACDC on its tour. Just got the tickets for the event in Paris from Viagogo and everything was ok. Same with Eventim.de for the show in Austria and some in Germany. IMHO pick up on event day is the safest way. Postal services, with their own shipping schedules and postmen! Sorry but some of them are really psychos.
