What is your return policy? I just received a necklace I ordered and I'm not happy with it. It looks cheap and the lettering is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. I don't feel this necklace was pictured as it really is. Also, the necklace came with a huge knot in it that took me 20 minutes to undo.

Please return item to 4618 Eagle Falls Pl. Tampa, FL 33619 and we will happily refund your order. PLEASE NOTE Our policy states that if the buyer receives the exact item the buyer purchased, and is not satisfied with the product, the buyer will be refunded in full for the item and the original shipping costs. The only requirement is for the buyer to return the item within 30 days of delivery. The buyer will be immediately refunded once the item is received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
