on 10/18/17If I were you, I would contact another source for tickets... and this is why:
I bought tickets to the Paul McCartney concert in Dallas cost me $300... I spent weeks trying to get the barcodes to get in the concert and all they could tell me was all sales are final even though they didn't produce the tickets... And now they won't give me my money back either... I disputed it through my credit card company and would you believe Vivid Seats sent to my credit card company their documents for their rebuttal to my dispute... They sent someone else's documents and evidently that persons dispute is $1,005! It's for a bowl game in another state and I believe it's for 3 tickets... MY concert was June. BTW, I have an email from Vivid Seats that says something like this:"It is the Seller's responsibility to forward and transfer said tickets to the Buyer. We can not guarantee this will happen, however, all sales are final!" Then I have an email that says: "If you are unhappy with your tickets, go online and find another source and sell them..." To which I replied... and "How do I do that when you have NEVER PRODUCED my tickets in the first place!" How utterly ridiculous and what a fraud my transaction was and is... I am still trying to get my refund... I still do not understand how a company takes your money, DOESN'T PRODUCE the TICKET/BARCODES and then says... more or less... it's up to the Seller, we can't help you... OH, and then I did get a notice right before the concert, after having given VS another email address... that the Seller CANCELED THE SALE... I sent this to Vivid Seats too... and they still will not give me my money back! YES, VIVID SEATS... REFUND THE $1005. 00 instead of my $300.00... WHY DON'T YOU... YOU HAVE CERTAINLY ABUSED ME AND CAUSED ME ENOUGH AGGRAVATION TO LAST A LIFETIME!
