They will stonewall you whenever possible if you try to get a refund... if you can find the button "request refund" or the damn chat button

Yes, it is dependable as a wish. You can trust them.
I have had no problems with vova. Don't expect delivery in a week, items come from China. Different manufacturer's are then expected to supply you with your items. Items that are no longer available but have been paid for are then refunded through PayPal back onto your card. Keep a written list of your order and check things off as they arrive.
Wish has caused me problems with spoof emails as their business is easily hacked. Not my opinion, security at Santander. They said that fraud generated via the Wish app and website is common.
