Easy but they will not help you. They will take your money but will not care about your problems

Once you leave the property, You get a call center somewhere overseas (sounds like the Philippines)... nobody helps you... you get a scripted reply about how they will have someone call me back and nobody does.

Horrible! They tell you just enough lies to keep you at your rental even though repairs aren't done and will send you almost no refund for major issues.

Right now, it is extremely difficult. That is understandable given the global crisis, but their reviews across the internet, on every site I have found, are terrible.

Easy to contact but don't do anything once they have your money.
