My movie, American Sniper, has been paused half way through for quite a while now. Is This fixable?

"Why is it I have watched newer movies like "The Last Jedi",and the new "Top Gun", but your still charging extra for "Wonder Woman 1984" (2020)?
Is it safe for a new user to enter in their account info? Do they keep their promise about not charging you until you actually make a purchase/rental?
why did vudu site only work when I signed up, now it always says no connection?? would NOT recommend this site.
