You really have to jump through hoops. Keep calling them and get really livid at them. I switched to

And met my fiancee there within a couple of weeks from joining. We've been together for half a year. All this time WantMatures have been trying to charge me every month despite me cancelling my membership. I suggest stopping it with your bank.
