HI, I would like to order 3 items (Dinning set, TV unit and Buffet cabinet). Please let me know whether I have to pay separate shipping charge for each item.

I wouldn't order anything big from Wayfair. I had to order the same product 3 times, and each time, the product was damaged. Wayfair rhymes with nightmare for a reason.

I wanted to return a damaged product. It was difficult to contact customer service, but when I got through, they were polite. However, they wanted me to use the box it was shipped in and they deduct shipping charges from your refund. This is outrageous, since they shipped a defective product in the first place.

I have ordered a recliner and a fireplace from Wayfair and it was free shipping. They only took a week to arrive and no damage. I go to Wayfair first for all my shopping. I love them.

I have ordered several items from Wayfair, including a couch. All the items I have received are of excellent quality. The couch was free shipping and took about 3 weeks to get here but it arrived in good shape. I have never had to return anything so have never delt with customer service. The only negative thing I can say is their shipping is a little slow, other than that I continue to order from them.

I'm sorry I don't have the answer to that question either, but be very wary of ordering from them. Online the products look good with competitive prices but the products fall apart pretty easily and when you have a problem the company is just nasty to work with.

I don't know. I only know that I had a terrible experience with this outfit; so bad that I recommend you shop elsewhere. They just do not care if anything goes wrong.
