I watch The Weather Channel daily and the bar below is so small and hard to read, can that bar be made larger with colors like before.

I live in Greeley Colorado and I am really disappointed to say the least. the local on the 8's Are NEVER EVER on. Why?
I love the weather channel but today when I go on the site it says the temperature is 31 degrees. I know it is at least in the upper 80's. Are my setting off or what?
