Are these people still in business? They don't answer phones or emails. My order since October has not arrived.

I have boughten a few things for Weathertech and I had a problem with a part that got broken. I called customer service and got right through and they solved my problem in just a few minutes. They were very nice and easy to deal with.

Apparently, once they receive your money, they could care less about you as customer. 6 months later I still haven't received a product paid for to WeatherTech.
