I need an email address for customer service or customer retention.
I have requested a domain transfer and they sent me to a page that generates a number that is required to give to the new provider in order to transfer the site to them. My new provider could not complete the transfer due to Webs providing me with a inaccurate code. I have reached out to Webs tech support where they gave me the same directions that failed the first time. After notifying them of their continued error they no longer return any emails from me.
My conclusion, Webs have no intentions of transferring my web domain away from them and are attempting to make the process as difficult for me as possible.
Can anyone help?
Dont go to webs. Horrible service. Big mistake I made hosting my website with them. They dont have any email address... your mails go to a blackhole:-(
