on 8/2/15They make it difficult for you to cancel. It takes awhile for them to put the money back in your account if they enroll you in autopay. However, I did get my full amount back for the second order they sent, that I did not want. I asked them to take me off of auto enroll. The entire process was a nightmare. The customer service person was very difficult to understand. I do not know if they will still ship an order if there is no money in account. My friend in California said the best way to only order the conditioner product and not have the hassle of the Wen company would be to order the 1 bottle from QVC.
