After that, all communication between the two of you is free... unless you or her change userids... which some ladies do, to get a fresh start. Credits cannot be refunded unless you have extenuating circumstances that usually involve a violation of rules by the lady. I. e., she is actually a man, a scammer, posting a fake profile, etc. that you can prove/document.

Yes, in order to send messages to other users, you first need an accepted offer with that user. Once both sides have accepted an offer, the Generous member (you) will need to use credits to unlock the conversation!

Credits can be purchased by selecting the "Buy Credits" option after clicking your username in the top right-hand corner of your account.
