I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OF BY WISHESGET.COM. WE ORDERED A DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTERS PROM. WE RECEIVED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS AND ALSO THE WRONG COLOUR. I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND BUT AM JUST BEING MESSED ABOUT WITH SILLY COMMENTS FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON THE SERVICE EMAIL

I'm sorry to say that you have been ripped off. They did the exact same thing to me and refused to refund or exchange. My recommendation is to never use this website again and to give as much negative feedback as you can so no one else falls into the same trap

When you go on their website page, all the way at the bottom they have a return policy. They don't follow them though. I'm still trying to get my money back. All they offered was 5% of what I paid for. I'm not taking legal actions against them. Good luck getting your money back and I'm sorry about your daughters dress it really is disappointing.
