Do they actually send the books or it it just a scam? Also, do they lie about the condition of the books?

Never ever had a problem with ordering books, quick & easy to order, books I have had all in good clean condition, orders always delivered by Royal Mail within 2-3 days No way are WOB scammers!

I don't know about books but I ordered 2 music CDs, was told they had shipped, and two weeks later got a refund. No trace of any CDs, but Rebecca insists they were shipped. Looking into a better shipping partner might be in order.
