product failed to restore my backup made by same the software itself during the trial period.The Same day,I purchased it to restore from that backup after factory resetting my phone, but it says no data although the file is 1.6 Gb. Continuously in touch with your customer service sent all possible screenshots, I requested the refund.and got the reply we will give no refund. That`s not fair.
