on 5/20/19They are on GMT +5:45 as a time zone... so basically from 10:45pm to 6:45am Eastern Time in the US.
For me, there is a 12-hour time difference. Usually, get a response the same day but it could run into the next day because of the time difference.
Try their Live chat in my EU timezone it's most of the time on.
It is easy to contact live chat for short questions and simpler queries. But if there are issues, their support team is good and takes about 1-2 days to fix the issues, and they usually reply within 24 hours. On weekends, they are not available, but besides that, it is easy to contact customer service.
What Service? There online support is always offline, when you PAY for support but they ban you from the site WTF kind of business does that?
They take any where from 24 - 48 hours to respond. It can be 4 days before you hear something if you send a query close to or on the weekend.
REALLY BAD AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT OF OVER $1,000. AN AUTO RESPONSE FROM THE EMAIL IS THE MOST RELIABLE FEATURE. AFTER GOOD LUCK WASTING TIME AND MONEY
Very difficult - they give you the run around when they do finally reply. Its like one email per day, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Useless.
