Not exactly sure where you tried to contact us but to file a warranty claim you must contact us using our live chat service during our opening hours. We always have, do and will honor our Lifetime Warranty.
I read the small print, or lawyer talk, in their warranty so I decided to ask about their actual warranty terms. I went from # 1 to #2 then finally down to #4 at which point I gave up and figure if they're not answering me then it's pretty apparent they won't honor their "lifetime warranty". I definitely won't be ordering from Xenon pro and will warn everyone I know.
Go with something you can get on amazon, worse case is it doesn't work and then you won't have to deal with xenonpro
There are numerous other LED bulb suppliers on Amazon that are well reviewed and cost considerably less.
Yes, any of them. These are no different than cheap chinese bulbs. My chinese bulbs lasted 2 years. These lasted 2 weeks. I asked about warranty. Yea they will replace the bulb if I pay $20. So yes the warranty is just like buying a new bulb. Not worth it. Thats why their packaging looks so cheap. They just order from china and sell it you at a higher price without changing a thing.
