All costume and costume accessory purchases made between October 1 November 1 can be returned for store credit only. All costumes and costume accessories must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. All standard policy exclusions are applied.

You will receive your store credit when your return package is scanned at the post office. The store credit arrives via email for immediate use. Sooner your get the package back to Yandy sooner you will receive your store credit.

Please make sure you add all the items from your order including shoes you want to return to your return authorization all at once because you are only issued one return authorization per order.

*Yandy accepts returns for refund or store credit. We do not accept exchanges.

1. Please try to reuse the original Yandy shipping package.

2. Include a printed copy of this return authorization inside your return package.

3. US Post Office return label included with your RA is optional.

B. Return for store credit = Free return labels If you are returning for store credit, Yandy will not deduct $4.95 for the use of the shipping label.

C. Returning outside the US: Yandy does not supply return labels for orders outside the US. Complete the online Return Authorization process online. The customer is responsible for shipping back to Yandy. We strongly recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation.

4. SHOES: Please do not apply tape or labels to the shoe boxes, wrap in shipping paper or place the box in a shipping bag. A $10 fee will be applied if the shoe box is damaged or missing.

Returns will be processed within 3-14 business days upon receipt at Yandy HQ.

If you do not have immediate access to a printer a copy of the RA and USPS Label is emailed to and can be printed later.

All returned merchandise is required to have a return authorization or Yandy will not accept the return.
