I spoke to one of Yesasia's agent over the phone this morning (9:34am United Arab Emirates time) and after a frustrating 15 mins over the phone, I was offered a refund that will take 7-14 business days and won't be processed until Monday. Question: your services is not 24/7? Does it really take that long to refund the payment when you debited my card right away when i placed my order?

I've had the same thing happen but with other businesses. When I asked the very same question you have I was told that the refund time depends on the banking system. The representative has no way of knowing if it's the customer's bank or the business bank. I've had this happen a few times over the years. From my point of view it gives the banking system more time to dink around with your money. Frustrating.
