You can certainly cancel an order if your package has not yet shipped. To do so, please contact our Client Services team by phone at 800-274-9691, by email at service@yoogiscloset.com, or by live chat on our website. Our team is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm PST to answer any questions you may have. If your package has shipped already, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned to receive a refund.
