How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Zager Guitars?

Through email, I hear back within 24 hours or less every time.

Very easy. I started asking questions on a Sunday afternoon and in 5 minutes, someone was already responding.

They have a message form on their web page. They usually email you within an hour, max!

I would say the fastest I have ever had from any company. I e-mailed them at 10:00 PM est on a Saturday night, and I had a response by 7:00 AM est the next day, and the company is in Nebraska so they are at least one if not two time zones behind me.

Every time I ask a question to Zager Guitars Denny Jr. Emails me usually within an hour or less. Great guy to do business with.

The live chat was a little different than I expected, but it works. Ask your question on live chat and the answer goes to your email right away instead of popping up in the live chat box.

Was very easy,, just email and they will get back to you usually within hours. I contacted them a few times. Service is exceptional
