I have been using the free 50 limit service for a couple days. Converting old word perfect files to Word... it is working beautifully... but it is slow having to wait for the next day for the next free 50 conversions... So I thought I would subscribe to the basic monthly service (I assume upgrades are available if the need arises) My question is I don't see the lock on the page that I was going to buy the plan... is it a secure site without the little lock?

Hi Arlene, our site is very secure - we use 128 bit SSL encryption. We're not sure why you aren't seeing the padlock icons. Would you be able to email our support team at support@zamzar.com, and let them know what browser and version of browser you are using? Thanks very much, the Zamzar team. P.S. Once you are signed up you can easily upgrade your account if you want to, through your Zamzar account page.
