You can technically get a hold of them via the live chat but they are super unhelpful and slow. Terrible customer service.
Impossible, have emailed and called 10+ times with no response.

I had to follow up twice to get a response, not helpful at all. Not that they listed wrong size chart but won't accept a return. Just don't bother ordering feom them
Very easy you can email or whatsapp them but they take at least a day to respond and don't read through your quarry thoroughly.
Get answers from the Zapaka staff and other customers.
