The corporate culture is not American consumer friendly and their employees have been trained to have the same attitude. I know they'll not help you from personal experience. I think they're the only clothing retailer that refuses to give discounts on items that are soiled!

Good luck, you're on your own. Their customer service is the worst. I'm not buying from this ppl ever again even if they have 80% discounts. I'm still waiting for a refund of some clothes I purchased and never received.

Make sure you go in when you are feeling strong and take the receipt - I don't know if that will help but at least you know you have done your best!
