Why do the same men frequent your profile and never broach a conversation?

They aren't really viewing your profile... Zoosk populates your Views with people to make you think you are popular, so you will frequent the site. Zoosk is deceptive and playing games with your emotions!

These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.

I wasn't aware the carousel made that profile "viewed". I don't participate in the parts that require coins or don't show age and location. This site will be history when my paid sub ends. No one responds. Either they are not active or not a paid member.

We all have the same problem. It is Zoosk. More than likely, that person ISNT viewing your profile over and over. I have seen several women that say viewed my profile... sometimes several times a day. I ask them... why do you keep looking without saying anything? They all said the same thing. I viewed your profile once a week ago... and that's it. Then today... a woman I don't remember EVER looking at asked me why I keep viewing her? So its something Zoosk is doing... probably not the person. The problem is... sometimes... it could be the person. Here's what I do now. If I am not interested in that person... I just block them... then it stops.

I think they're on the carousel trying to earn coins. This website charges you for everything. So you can either earned 40 coins per day or you may buy them. I noticed when I'm on the carousel I see the same faces over and over and over and over again. I'm not really viewing these people but their picture does come up on my screen and I think they count that. In my opinion this is is the worst website ever

I had the same experience with some women, Sherry R is probably correct, just cheap men trying to earn 40 coins on the carousel to avoid paying, my suggestion would be to initiate a conversation, if they do not reply within a reasonable time block them. I will say this the girl I met on Zoosk and I am now happily dating signed up for Zoosk and could not communicate with me for 2 weeks until she paid and was then able to reply to conversations, in other words she was on the free/trial Zoosk version. Overall I love the site and had a few nice dates until I met my current girlfriend. We are really happy and would never have met otherwise.

You cannot leave a message unless you are a paying member; up until a few months ago, Zoosk allowed you to send one message for free; they stopped that. Even if one person pays, he/she can leave a message but the other person cannot rrad it - no magtger how many coins you have.

Maybe its time the FTC or one State's Attorney somewhere start to investigate these on-line sites - this is clearly needed

I found the same thing with the woman. I had always got messages that someone had viewed my profile but never left messages. One in particular viewed my profile about 15 times. Then i left a message that she viewed me so many times that she must be stuck up or thinks im going to miraculously change. This lady finally responded with " i have never viewed your profile" i find a lot of these dating sites send you this false info to get you to be a full paid subscriber and then once you become a full member all the views and or messages stop. If you are serious about finding someone go out and do it the old fashioned way. And by the way Tiny Tee, take this hint from me. Sometimes the guy just doesn't know what to say and won't mind if you make the first step. Just make sure your subject is indeed single. Good luck

A friend and I tested the "views" and Zoosk is correct. I was viewed by my friend because he clicked on my photo which opened up to my profile. I did the same to him and the same thing happened.

I asked a lady that same question once... she viewed my profile about every 8-15 hours for nearly two weeks... when I asked her, she had no idea what I was talking about, as she hadn't actually been on the site in weeks. So, yes, Zoosk plays games with false views to keep you active and checking the site. They earn $ based on your activity with ad-click and other advertising services in the background.

It's because they don't want to spend any money. And hope that you will, to speak with them

That's true. The "viewing" is a scam.

Most people have fears. The unknown. Most people are their own worst enemy. Zoosk does a great job in getting people to connect, in spite of themselves. It's because of the sites "populating your views" that I met my love. There are lots of women of whose profile I viewed, but I never went that extra step. Finally one just hit me, and I've been in a relationship with her for the past 6 months. It worked great for me, it took 3 months to find that profile but it was worth it.

Just get away from this rip-off site! With so many legit apps around, you really don't need these scammers. Try finding their help page... that!'s right... there isn't one! What a rort! And if anyone tells you they have met someone here, they are a plant. Once you subscribe to the site, there is no eay to delete your profile, or stop money geing taken from your account! NEVER subscribe ti dating sites without doing your research!

Don J. Is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Zoosk should be shut down. It is a horrific site run by corrupt, heartless people with no cares for anything but the money they rake in... literally millions.

When I look at my views, if there is no photo I block them as "not interested"... then if there is someone I know would not be a match for me based on age, or interests, or behaviour in the photo, they are blocked as well with "not interested". I have to date blocked about 450 men over a 3 month period. I have dated several, but no sirens yet. There are repeat viewers, so it's interesting to read that other people have had this issue too. And, that it is annoying. Glad to know it's probably not guys playing games, which there is a lot of out there. What I hate the most is when a 20 something or 30 something fakes their age and trolls. Pond scum. I'm 55 and don't have time for stupid. I've paid for a subscription, but this site is challenging. Facebook is bringing in video chat into its Messenger, I believe, so it would be GREAT if that feature was brought into Zoosk too. It would really help to see how a person really is before meeting them based on phoney write-ups and phoney old photos.

I have had two guys from this site and they are both doing scams the first one after talking one week asked for money, told him no found out he isn't in the states and the fbi is looking for him... Tonight after talking to this guy for 4 days, he asked for money! I would say 90% of this is a big scam so watch your backs, you just can't trust anyone anymore

I wonder why it is still classed as the # 1 dating site. I think it sucks

They haven't paid the ransom, not when they can go to other sites for free to send messages in hopes of finding the same person. I'd rather take someone out then pay a service!

What Don J. Said. I even had someone text me. That I spoke to while on a break at work. Funny thing is by the time I got home the account on zoosk was deleted and the person didn't respond to a text I sent back on my phone.
