Hi I bought a ring price was 150.00 on sale for 9.99 with was great but then I saw the same ring regular price 40.00 for 11.99 so did I buy a cheaper

What happens if something ordered is not correct on the website, it says leather shoes and fabric shoes are delivered instead.
