They take "orders", and if they get enough people to order then they get them from the manufacturer. So it depends on how long it takes for others to be interested in the same item you are. If the don't get enough interest then they will cancel your order. My orders took 3-4 weeks. And remember, most items cannot be returned.

I unfortunately ordered from this company, and I won't do it again. My order came in two batches. The first shipment came in 4 weeks, and the second, shortly after that. I hated the shoes I ordered (2 pairs). They were too poorly made, I didn't want to even give them to Goodwill. I can wear less than half of what I ordered, and I don't expect those to last too long. In the USA, I do not know as I am in Canada (Ontario). Therefore, depending where the item is processed (Seattle, Portland?), then to Vancouver, Richmond, BC, etc, then Toronto (Ontario) then finally to my town,,, could take 7 to 10 days. If order processed in Ohio let s say, then usually 5 business days. Hope this helps.
