AA Motorcycle Shipping

My view is that 1aamotorcycles.com provided excellent service to me in all respects. My motorcycle is a 50 year old Ducati in 100% restored condition. Detailed care was essential to me because replacement parts for the bike are practically unavailable.

Unfortunately 3/4 though our trip our bike broke down. So instead of having it fixed in Mississippi we hauled it back to Fresno and fixed it there for much less. Although our trip was cut short, at least the staff at AA was able to make the shipping process easy.

The whole northeast United States had frozen and there was a 3 day delay on getting my shipment. I called them to find out where my motorcycle was and no one answered. Then I finally got a hold of Isaac who told me that it was too risky for the trucker to keep driving. Yeas, i eventually got my motorcycle but 3 days later. Can't blame it all on them, but can't give a 100% rating either.

My second time using AA motorcycles and, once again, they came through with flying colors. Great customer service with patient staff that graciously humored my multiple "Is it there yet?" calls. Used other services in the past and AA, by far, is the fastest door to door with the best pricing - oh yeah, and they take great care of my motorcycle.

I have used AA Motorcycle Transport on numereous occasions(more than 15 times). I am pleased with the pricing. Time to deliver is no critical to me. They are normally quite prompt. I have never had any issue with damage occurring to my bikes.

My bike was picked up when promised and delivered earlier than projected. Bike was securely strapped to a special pallet and arrived undamaged. Online tracking of my bike was updated frequently. I'm very satisfied with the service received.

Quoted price was end price, no hidden charges or fuel surtaxes.
No delay for pickup, but a 4 day delay when within 3 hours of destination.
Still only eight days Eugene, OR to Terre Haute, IN. I was elated.

Good job to the people there in the office. I bought a Harley over the internet and AA Motorcycles picked it up and delivered it. No scratched or anything. It was inside an enclosed truck so nothing was able to penetrate it while on the road.

I contracted with AA to ship a bike I bought in Florida to my home in rural central Oregon. The price was unbeatable, the service stellar. The level of concern by the folks on both ends to make sure the condition was thoroughly documented was impressive. I would use AA again without hesitation.

I used this company to ship 3 motorcycles for me from 3 different locations. All 3 shipments went off flawlessly, the communication was fantastic and the transit time was exactly as promised. I am a first time user of the motorcycle transport service - they picked my cycle up right on time - provided me a tracking number to follow the delivery progress - and delivered the cycle days ahead of time. I would definitely use them again.

Thanks for excellent service. The delivery as a couple of days late but no problem for me as it actually still was fast service from Seattle all the way to South Florida. Nice to be able to track the bike.

I was very pleased with how fast they picked up my bike and the customer service they provided, my bike was even delivered one day earlier then they said.

This was my first time ever doing something like this and i was very nervous but there was nothing to be nervous about, everything turned out Great!

1AAMotorcyclec gave me quote for shipping my bike from UT to NJ. The bike was picked up promptly and delivered in reasonable time. I definitely will consider them from my future motorcycle shipping needs.

So far so good. Would like to give another review once the motorcycle is delivered.

Update: motorcycle was delivered on time and in pristine condition. This business is first rate!

I was told to fill this out and give them a good rating. They get a 5 star from me. Why? Because they rocked in their services. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. A wonderful guy. I thiunk the thing that was best was that i could track my chopper on my cell phone. I always knew where it was. I'll use them again

Arranging the shipping of the motorcycle was simple and convenient. I did have to take a day off of work to be there when the driver arrived. The appointment time window is similar to waiting for the cable guy.
