310 Nutrition has been a Godsend for me. And yet the greatest impact its had on my life has been learning clean eating. Personally I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes 35 years ago on pills then insulin with horrible lab work, doctors recommended weight loss surgery! In just over 4 months on 310 Nutrition my blood sugars are mostly normal, am off all diabetic medication, my diagnosis changed from morbidly obese to just obese. My blood pressure is usually normal! Ive lost 15 pounds and am a work in progress! I shrank from 2-: XL tops to L tops and now those large tops are getting loose! I do chair exercises as I currently am walker dependent.
