Currently, in a dispute over an egregiously bad set of paper. Customer service says it will take 2-3 weeks for dispute to team to review and reach out to me. I wrote an email to customer service explaining my experience of using 99 papers during all this time. Not sure if I'll get my money back.

I actually think you guys are great. I had to make an option to go forward so it is what it is. I love my papers although when reading it sometimes I have to compare what's on the paper to my books and there were a couple of inconsistencies but I fixed them and all is well.
