American AF

I placed my order December 8th and just now received it December 27. It was supposed to be my Dad's Christmas present, but I ended up having to buy him a backup gift do to how slow this company is. My Mom ordered a shirt for me December 12 and still hasn't received tracking info for it. I warned all my friends away from this place. The shirt was in good condition and they have really cool designs, but their customer service is non-existent. Not the way to run a company.

I ordered a shirt on July 1. They charged me for the shirt and shipping and generated a UPS shipping label.

8 days later I contacted them about why it had not shipped. I received a message about how the shirt was in quality control testing and the batch would be finished soon. 10 days after that when I emailed I was told my order was lost. 13 days after that, I have been promised 2 times it will be shipped soon/it is a mix-up.

So I paid for a shirt and 30+ days later I have neither received it nor received a refund/some type of reimbursement. This company is terrible. Do not order from them.

I absolutely love AAF, they are one of the few companies out there that don't take sh*t from the "Hurt Feelings Police". Their no holds bared approach to clothing is second to none! I have shopped with all of the "major" military shirt companies out there and AAF is still by far my favorite of them all.

AAF keep up the great work otherwise the terrorist win!

Especially since this IS online shopping... these guys are great! After placing my very first order and expecting it to take forever as usual to get what I ordered. (It's usually a surprise to me when a package arrives because I've forgotten about it lol.) The shirt I ordered was at my door in under a week! I've never gotten any order shipped to me that quickly without having to pay an arm and a leg to get it rush shipped. These guys are definitely getting more of my business just based off of what they're selling anyways. Getting it to me that quickly... means they'll be getting a lot more when I forget about a birthday or something and have to get a gift quickly! Lmao

First off if you don't like America or love this country or are not a patriot don't go here. This is a place for patriots. As you can tell since Facebook closed out their main social media page obviously they're a very patriotic place. Only the coolest patriots get censored and banned and this awesome AAF nation get the same treatment President Trump gets you know they're in the top 1% of patriots. It's just an amazing place to get great shirts to show that hey it's OK love America. It's OK to be great patriots. And well communism and socialism suck the USA rules and everyone else drools

You don't need to take my word for it. Just visit the site, and look at how the page for every item has a fake countdown timer, and a fake meter showing how many of that item are left "in stock". Haha honestly, what reputable company does that? And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Stay far away from these clowns.

My bf really wanted one of the shirts for Father's Day. I ordered it with plenty of time (or so I thought) but the order came right before and it was wrong. Total mix up on their part and at first they were quick to reply until I made it clear that I needed it fixed right away. Conveniently at that point it was difficult to get a response and when I did it was generic and dos not answer my question and in fact they still aren't. The shirts are funny but very poor quality. They send a paper with the order telling you that there are no refunds due to blurry images (which they should include when you order it). I am very disappointed and the fact that it seems like they outsource the printing makes it take forever to get anything. For how much they charge you do not get much.

I am always unsure when I buy things online. However, I gave AAF a chance and WOW I was impressed. The clothes I ordered came promptly and in perfect condition. The sizing was correct and they looked even cooler than they did online.

My stack of long sleeve T's with plenty of sugar and spice, and isn't this nice? After 10+ years of seeing men with their genitalia & buttocks hanging out, totally allowed or God forbid we offend? I didn't forget 9-110-1! I was on the phone with my partner when the second plane went through the second tower. I can never unsee this! The horror is explicitly clear in my mind to this very day. It was great to see shirts that stated explicitly how I felt or enjoyed wearing just for the fun of it! I don't get it other than spinelessness., men with buttocks and genitalia exposed for at least 10 + years and some folks raise their eyebrows over wording? If you don't like it leave our country!

Bought a Christmas t-shirt - very overpriced (nearly $40 including shipping), but liked the design, so went ahead. Received the shirt and it sized small - e-mailed the company asking about how to return and replace for a larger size, to which they replied:

"Thank you for getting back to us. Per our store policy, once we fulfilled, shipped and delivered your item as per your order we can no longer replace/exchange it. Please refer to our store policy link: https://www.aafnation.com/pages/refund-returns

We appreciate your understanding."

I was not asking for shipping to be paid or any other special requests - merely to exchange the shirt for one that fit. To that, AAF was 100% unaccommodating. Very poor customer service.
