Abs Fairings

I ordered Fairings on March 30th of 2020 and on May 28th I had to go to the authorities in order for them to refund my money. On May 14th I opened a case on PayPal and ABS messaged me with a picture of packages and said that they were in California waiting on Customs which would take 3 to 5 business days and then FedEx would pick up the package and it would be delivered. I closed the claim on PayPal which was stupid on my end! I contacted FedEx on May 27th and they still have received my package. I immediately git on the phone with my bank and contacted the authorities. Needless to say ABS sent me a message saying that when I disputed the purchase in PayPal it automatically cancelled my order and when I closed the dispute he never fixed the problem! Mind you I ordered March 30th and filed a dispute May 14. I have read other reviews that are describing the same thing happening to them so BEWARE with this company! I would leave zero stars if I could!

I recently decided to replace my old broken fairings on my Honda CBR600F4i. I decided to go with ABS Fairings and design a custom full fairing kit with a new unique look for my older model bike. Using one of their current graphic kits for a newer gen Honda 600rr, I worked with ABS staff to tailor these graphics to work on my model fairings. The staff was quick and prompt to email me back with design ideas, mockups, and options for what we can make work out on my kit! After coming up with a design it was off to the paint booth!
Shipping does take some time, especially if you are creating a custom kit! I was originally told 8-10 weeks (after completion of the paint process). Kits come from over seas and will need to go through customs which may take additional time based off your location and shipping situations. Fortunately, ABS has many shipping options and I decided to upgrade to express air, which in my opinion was well worth it! I received my fairing kit 4 weeks after being notified that the fairings have been sent to the paint both. I received my fairing kit 1 week after shipping confirmation. The fairings were very well packaged and safely shipped to me without any damage. So far everything looks great and I cannot wait to install these on my bike!

The team at ABS Fairings is incredible. They have unwavering dedication to providing you with an exemplary customer experience. All of my dealings with ABS has been a pleasure. Niko, has been my primary point of contact within the company. On occasion, Dano, the owner, has also reached out to ensure I'm satisfied with the product and service I have received. I'm onto my second ABS kit, two completely different designs. I made a request to have a gold flake mid-coat spray before they applied clear coat. My kit was their first attempt at a flake mid-coat and it turned out PERFECT. They test sprayed a few sample panels to determine how much flake to apply and sent me photos for approval before they sprayed the final product. It's tough to appreciate how well the kit turned out without photos. This website won't allow me to upload any JPEG files larger than 5MB sadly. The fitment on both of my kits has been 100%, zero issues. Overall, I would recommend ABS Fairings to any of my friends and fellow riders.

I ordered fairings from Absfairings after multiple conversations with Dan (the owner) about what I wanted. After placing the order I was sent a confirmation pic of the fairings to make sure they were correct before shipping. I told Dan that they didn't look right and that the color was wrong. He assured me that they were correct and that the color was just hard to photograph. I agreed to the order and they were sent to me. When they got here I opened the box and they were absolutely the wrong color. I immediately contacted the company and they sent me a return label. I wanted to reorder again but a couple days after sending them back I was told that after having a convo with the painters, Dan was not confident they could paint the fairings the right color and I was urged to order something different. I was told that if I wanted they could try again but if they were wrong a second time I would be responsible for shipping back and fees. So my options were get something I don't want or let the painters Dan has no confidence in try a second time, or a refund. After a couple weeks of thinking about it, I elected to get a refund on the fairings they had now had back for almost a month. The company agreed to refund me the money. On the confirmation email they then let me know that they were going to charge me for the return shipping and restocking fee for the fairings they painted the incorrect color. Dan and Absfairings are just a scam. Don't order from them. There are lots of options.
