On one day this site gave my location a maximum of 18 degrees when the high of the day was 28 degrees celsius. This site can't be reliable. That's it. That's the conclusion. Just poor. One star is one star too many.
I used Accuweather on my Fire HD Tablet and my Samsung smart TV - it used work very good for years. Then, all of a sudden this year (2019), the radar on the TV doesn't work anymore and on the tablet. I just get a picture of a barn that shows up under radar on my TV. On the tablet, the app crashes when moving around radar map. I wasted hours sending screenshots back and forth via email to tech support to find out 7-8 emails later and 3-4 different techs, they don't support the Fire HD tablet anymore.
So, I removed the app on all devices - will never go back, better stuff out there. I rather look out my window!
Too many ads. Pop ups are so annoying. Takes to long. One thing these idiots newbu techs don't get is every time you have to hit another button you lose customers. Get your act together. Change is not always innovation.
The site was changed about two months ago in Cincinnati, Ohio area. Prior to it being changed it was right on for the Anderson Township area you never missed. But since the change it is useless website! Give us back what we had!

Worst app ever sucks bad. Who's the moron idiot that came up with that. Can't find a damn thing. Redirects you everywhere graphics are terrible. Toddler could come up with something a lot better.
Terrible at forecasting the weather. I'm done with it! We cannot plan anything with this inaccurate app. I can't believe anyone still uses it.
Accueather was always my favorite weather site. A few weeks ago (Sept. 2019) they changed their site, forcing viewers to find hidden information by clicking down arrows for each hour of the day. It is a huge chore to find what you want to know. I recommend using Weather.com which lays everything out in front of you - no clicking.
Accuweather has also put up a nag telling you to shut off your ad blocker. I used the ad blocker to block the nag. Then they put up a small nag which will only block on each single page. It is not that big a deal. If you want, you can just push the browser down until the nag is hidden.
I cannot imagine what was in their minds to force people to do all that clicking unless they actually think people will look at ads on the page while they are forced to click arrows. I wouldn't buy anything from an ad on their page now that they made it a lot less useable.
I highly recommend abandoning Accuweather for Weather.com, Wunderground, or any other weather site. They give me no reason to even want to use their site.
I used to be able to browse Accuweather.com easily with JavaScript disabled. Now, the pages won't even load without JavaScript turned on--they're completely blank. And the new layout for the extended forecasts is absolutely terrible.
This site is no longer usable in my opinion.
Change for change sake. Dreadful result. Users are now suffering from an illogical format, slowed speed, and inability to find the most basic weather details. What on earth motivated this change? The previous format was streamlined and user-friendly. This is not. Plus all of the ads simply gum up the works and make this a ridiculous app to use. Absolutely ridiculous.
Can't pull up day I want when I want to. Keeps giving me days I'm not trying to research. Back and forth over and over wrong information. Sucks!
The new update is awful. Why... when I go into the app. Does it automatically show me the next day's weather? The website is disorganized. Why can't I find the extended forecast anymore? The radar cannot possibly be right. Half the time it's raining here but the radar shows all clear. Or my weather will show partly sunny but it's pouring rain. I wish I could figure out how to have different weather app on my phone!
These guys are so consistently wrong that it's amazing they are still around. The best thing you could do I guess is look at their forecast and expect the total opposite. If they are forecasting a beautiful sunny day you better take an unbrella.
AccuWeather is a site that tells us the weather globally I am satisfied with this site.
It said that it is going to rain at 5 am Monday and this prediction was accurate rain started at 5:02 AM.
I have never in my life seen a weather prediction as wrong as this continually. What complete $#*!! Deleting everything about them off my phone now.! Have been planning on it for weeks. But this is it! Pathetic on levels that aren't even human! What a disgrace to the entire field of people studying the weather. I am 36 years old... and studied meteorology in hopes of being a climatologist or even a meteorologist! Even met David Philips as a kid. And this is nothing but disgraceful to the entire community! Have not seen one correct report in multiple areas that they predict! EVER! WTF! Whomever is even behind this fiasco should save us all the trouble and climb under a rock And disappear forever! And anyone who disagrees should go back to school... seek therapy... or do as I mentioned in the latter. For god sake make this non existent because this is garbage... garbage... garbage...! My god I could go on... and wish I could... but I am so upset with this app even my family tells me to stop. Pure and utter human garbage!
They call for severe storms and tornadoes and cause a panic that is NOT necessary. Weather channel is much better and pretty accurate..
These scares of hail and tornadoes in Dallas without any time frame of when it starts and ends are completely worthless! Not useful or helpful at all! Accuweather has been consistently inaccurate compared to other sites, like weather.com, and they don't provide near the detail. It's just worthless and aggravating to listen for 20-30 minutes and still not know what is happening or whether there is concern. By far the most disliked of all weather services! Completely Worthless!
Twice recently my accuweather app reported the current weather in my specific location to me as, "partly cloudy," during a torrential rainstorm.
This is the crapiest (sh#$@est) app. Very hard to use. Very unreliable. Radar is worthless. Can't even look at hourly forecast cause it doesn't work decent. Just frustrates you. I would give this a negative ten if I could. Piece of crap!
Ads make it so slow its useless
Used to be a reasonable site with reasonable accuracy, now cannot get past the ads to actually see the weather. Moving on to other websites. Cheers
