I have a Presure Washing company in Illinois I have been trying to cancel with them for months but they keep sending me a text message saying they are trying to process it but they never do website all wrong Google Adds they had me under house cleaning inside do not hire
I agreed with this company AD IQ for only 3 months $99.00 per month and not to put it on auto pay.

I was reimbursed $99.00 + $99.00
I asked Chase bank what can we do so this docent happen again?

Tomorrow morning I am closing my chase bank account.
I ended up not using the products Ad.IQ developed for me because I already had a website that I preferred. My preference was to contract for SEO consulting only, but unfortunately, SEO is wrapped into the Ad.IQ website. Thankfully, Ad.IQ understood my situation and refunded my last payment completely. We had a number of frank conversations and am impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I would give zero stars if i could. These people are total trashbags, they will spam you nonstop from different numbers and then they will lie about it. Its pathetic. Notice they dont provide an address for the business, what type of business conceals their location?

So I recently started using ad.iq and I like the way you can actually talk to a person. Dealing with Google is difficult for me when it comes to my business advertising/website.The company has great customer service.Not sure on platform, only because what ever they do is run through them.With that said it's not that expensive as other places. If they continue doing a good job then it will be a big deal.

I own a cleaning company and they promised me that they can get me on the 1st page of Google within the first 90 days. And so I figured, sweet, lets do it.
We go through the process of having them co-manage my google business profile and the day after, my Google account is suspended. It has now been suspended for 12 days which equates to at least $15k in yearly revenue from lost recurring customers.
I was SO much better off without this company. This is sad because now it puts my team in jeopardy given that Google was my #1 source of leads. My team now has a reduced amount of hours because of this companies negligence. Stay far away.
This company is totally scammer and they don't deserve one penny of your money.
I opened 2 accounts at one time and what I saw is nothing but a waste of time and money.
I don't advise anyone to deal with them.
Save your money and do the advertisement and leads the customers to your business by yourself by downloading google ads.
Let me explain more if they told you they have a 3 months campaign for $500 each month that's a scam because the thing is they won't tell you how much they are going to invest on google as an advertisement from the $500.
So they literally could spend $50 each month and they keep the difference which is $450 for themselves.
They have always been responsive to my phone calls and any changes I have wanted to make. They do a great job explaining things about how Google works and why they do things a certain way. It took a little while for things to start to work but they convinced me to be patient and I am glad they did. I would recommend to any business that's considering them to trust their process. It turned out very well for me.
Highly unprofessional! Only received lots of spam calls. Very shady when it came to policies and still drafted money from our account when we believed that we asked to cancel. Awful experience and a huge waste of time and money.
This is a horrible marketing agency. Do not use them for your website or your business, they falsely promise front page of google searches and personalized care while exaggerating the terms and conditions. When in reality they take weeks just to get back to you about changes or edits, fail to produce results. When they do finally update the website they reword everything you said and post blatantly wrong information. On the original phone call I was lied to and told if we didn't see results we would be eligible for a full refund. Called today to try and cancel with refund only to be told to go kick rocks. I have zero results from this endeavor with adiq. Our business social media is outperforming the "keyword optimized" website. Save yourself the headache, go with literally anyone else. Do not be naïve as I was.
