I am 20 days out from placing my order. It has been "ready to ship" for over a week. This is ridiculous

Website would not let me pay directly, had to use PayPal, product not what I expected, shipping took forever and could not track

Ordering was easy and no fuss. Item leather stamp wasn't great quality and the time took to receive was long. Missed the date needed for.

Very disatfied because I never got my order will not purchase anything else again the necklace was a gift that I never got 43.00 dollars

It was easy to order. Ring was very nice. It took longer to receive than I expected. Ordered Msy 3,2022 and received May 21,2022.

Easy to order-just wasn't aware it would take longer to arrive-and directions on how to "project" photo would have been helpful -

I love that even after wearing it constantly and never taking it off, it hasnt tarnished and its still as shiny as when I first got it in the mail!

Frame was broken & a rip in photo. Adorlla said they would replace it but, haven't received it.
