This product comes from China. I just paid for three day shipping. It's been over a week and a half since it shipped don't let your holidays be ruined. Our birthdays are anniversaries. It takes over a month for the product to arrive. When you have any questions it's impossible to find out any information like tracking numbers.
After arriving a month late, even after paying for expedited shipping, the product was broken. Save your money and don't get involved with this terrible company.

I ordered a U.S. map made of wood and cork board to track all our adventures we have. When he opened it for our anniversary, the cork was separating from the wood. I sent customer service photos and they offered me $14.14 refund for my $75 purchase. I have emailed about 6 times asking to speak with a manger and they offered $22 refund. I am insulted and unsatisfied. Be warned. I will take my business to Amazon everyday with the return policy they have.
I ordered a Father's Day gift for my husband. 50$ down the drain. It was pressed wood, not good quality. The colors were dark and not bright as advertised. The names of my children were barely legible. They offered a 30% refund and coupon. I told them to keep the coupon and just give me whatever refund they will give me. They have great customer service and were very helpful. I do not recommend their products after my purchase.
I would give a zero if I could. Ordered in November 2022, it is now February 7,2023 and still nothing. Frequent emails stating your order is in " production, be patient". Today, we are told your item is out of stock, please choose another item. Are they crazy, refund my money. Don't ever buy from this company= you were warned.
I ordered a Mother's Day gift on may 6. It's June 16 and I still haven't received it. I received messages saying it is bc they are overwhelmed with orders. It has shipped multiple times. Even after I cancelled the order nearly a dozen times. They never canceled it and just kept telling me 1-2 more weeks. Every week they did this. Now today I get a shipping notification. It's coming internationally. I am extremely unhappy with their service and will be going after them in a legal manner to get my money back if they do not refund it on their own at this point. This is by far, some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. A really crappy business.
I'm disappointed that I paid a lot extra for 3 day shipping and it took me a few weeks to actually get them even once they had been shipped already. However, my boyfriend really liked them so I am happy about that.

I ordered something for Father's day paid extra shipping still haven't gotten it no one is responding besides sorry covid has set us behind. Spent $60 for nothing. Now I have to spend more money to get something else! Not happy!
