You sign up for the VIP/gold package. You log on and instantly the cam bots, porn bots and scammers descend upon you like vultures. The site has appointed several middle aged saggy couples who are looking for bi sexual gangbangs and watching their wives get stuffed, as "ambassadors". (Not judging, hey if that is your thing...) The issue here is it's to make it seem like there are "real people" on the site. They keep up old inactive female profiles and couples profiles that have LONG since stopped being a member up to make it seem like there are local members. There aren't. After having several conversations in broken english, claiming to be american/canadians and a million bots saying they are "in my town". I stopped payment. I will dispute the charge too. I don't care if I win. False advertising is dispicable. It's a bloated, sad, outdated site that for some reason is still able to bring in revenue. I suggest completely banning it from your purvue. If you are a single male. Don't bother, you'll be competing for 1 girl vs. the several THOUSAND men who spam her inbox. The older couples and swingers are nice but don't want you if you your average looking or average "hung". Usually you have to be bi-sexual yourself to "play with them". If you are a couple you may find other couples. Yet overall I would say it's a complete wash. Not worth the money or the time spent sorting through the trillions of porn bots, scam artists and cam girls trying to make a buck off of you and your hard earned income. I honestly hope this site gets shurt down. It's just not worth it and they make it hard to stop autopay from your card which leads me to believe it's a fly by night operation. DON'T DO IT!

I'm not sure if many of the reviewers on here have reasonable expectations about the swinging lifestyle. But AFF has some real weak points alright.

First the strong points:
It has a lot of members.
It has some very hot member videos, most of which are real (so what, right?)
It has enough members that there are some regional chat rooms.

The weak points (you'll notice this list is much longer):
It's expensive.
It was bought by penthouse a couple of years ago and really went downhill.
The silver membership is no longer available. Just gold (expensive) and free (useless). Most of the members are now free which seems to be the company's business plan (advertising). I suspect that many of the bad reviews came from free members. It's a fact of life that people looking for serious meets are not going to be interested in people who won't pay for a membership (ie, They expect you to buy some nice clothes and wear them. Buy a razor and use it. Buy some gas to come and meet them. Maybe buy a round of drinks and at least go Dutch on a decent hotel room. If you won't pony up for a website membership you're probably not a good bet. Notice that I'm not suggesting this site is necessarily worth the price but this applies to any dating site)
The forums on AFF are useless and full of trolls bordering on sociopaths.
There are less and less members who are real enough to even respond to emails with a "no thanks". In fact I haven't had a single email returned in over four months.
All this said I have never gotten a bot email on AFF as someone here complained. There are some obvious commercially minded "sweet young things" but they get weeded out quickly by management. Compare this to Craigslist where I am one for two on bots responding to emails. There are fakes and flakes a plenty to be sure (welcome to "the lifestyle"). If your serious about sex dating you will get a sixth sense about this or give up.

I have met a few real and nice people on AFF but none in over a year. I won't be renewing my membership in August and frankly I can't recommend it. It's too bad really.

I would suggest Swinglifestyle as an alternate and am open for suggestions as to better sites. Any meaningfully better site would have to have enough members in mu local area code that there are a few good possible matches. That's a tall order and something that takes time to build, as AFF has managed to do.

A lot of sadly delusional guys who are under the impression women LOVE to see their $#*! pics. This guy "Snakeluv" has 50 guys complimenting his $#*! and he is convinced women love it. It's a horrible crowd, mostly shady guys. Their are a lot of white dudes who seem to have an abnormal love of black penis, The image search feature on google is very helpful to rooting out some of these frauds. This one guy( kinda assume he is white) creates profiles that appear from black. BBCLEROYOC, OCBLACKLEORY, it was obvious they were the same guy. Busted him a few times with image search. HE would use these pics from a site that was racist towards interracial dating. SADLY, there are many black men who are ALSO playing up and personifying the race stereotypes. I once posted a picture of guy putting his penis in a clear plastic sex doll (it was from the internet) threee guys contacted me and ask me to stop using THEIR pic. LOL. Also, there are a lot of guys who are very closeted. IF you think shots of ones BUTT and penis are straight--well who am I to tell u differently. One man likes to jack off but he has the camera on his buttocks. He claims this is for ladies. RIGHT! I have done a lot of research (through usage)on the site. A few real ladies (confirmed them through other pictures) are real, but it's pure entertainment for them: self esteem boost or chatting when bored. A lot of morbidly obese women are real--not my thing. Many of the guys are just PURE HOLE pokers. If it moves they will bang it--esp that snake dude in LA. If you are banging 300lb fatties in videos on our page. How does that appeal to moderately attractive women?

Bottom line. If you do not provide you with drivers license, they are fraud.
If person in commercial OR HERE, your full true name, address we can confirm you say who you are, then you are also lying fraud COMMITTING A CRIME.

I've accepted FBI conclusion 99.9% commercials and all, all frauds, CRIMES.
Demand these 'services' require at least photo drivers license registration for prospective daters.

Match, E Harmony, AM, Tinder all "defend" "protect" the criminality of stealing your identity, credit cards and blackmailng/extortion is BECAUSE they refuse to require drivers license, at least for proof of intent, responsibility and accountability. There seems NO other excuse save as FBI suspects, "international organized crime".

Solution, EVERYONE has to provide their driver's license with photo, address, age. Everyone held accountable, responsible. 9/10 victims suicides men.
