**** BUYER BEWARE!****

WOW! This company deserves ***ZERO stars***!

If you read nothing else, take note of this:
IF YOU HAVE THE MISFORTUNE OF HAVING ORDERED FROM THIS MISERABLE COMPANY WITHOUT HAVING READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, and then you ASSEMBLE THE DAMAGED FURNITURE (because it WILL ARRIVE DAMAGED, believe me), THEY WON'T REPLACE IT BECAUSE ONCE YOU ASSEMBLE IT, THEY CONSIDER IT "ACCEPTED" AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU.

This was my 2nd mistake.
My 1st was ordering from this miserable company in the first place.

As other reviewers have stated, I honestly don't know how they are still in business. My fault for not reading the reviews because I ALWAYS DO except for this time and boy am I paying for it.

The sad thing is, after reading a bunch of the reviews (after my crappy experience), I feel LUCKY that my tables are just scratched to hell and that I'm only missing one piece!
HOW SAD IS THAT?!

First, it took FOREVER to receive my order. Promises, promises, "It's on it's way". Yeah, seven MONTHS later it arrived.
It's one thing if they tell you it'll be 7 months and then it's 7 months (I get it, it's "Covid"), but when they tell you it'll be 4-6 WEEKS and it's 7 MONTHS, different story. Covid or not, they told me 4-6 weeks and I questioned them and still they swore it'd be 4-6 weeks. Seven months later they show up, unannounced, with 20 PALLETS of furniture.

ALL of the wood table tops are scratched or dented (see my photos).
They arrived in boxes without anything more than that thin, flimsy Styrofoam type sheeting (you know the kind you can SEE THROUGH? Yeah, that kind) on the BOTTOM OF THE PALLETS, under boxes and boxes of heavy, black metal bases and chairs.

Not only that, but one of the table tops is just missing.
I ordered (5) 24"x24" wood table tops and inside the box marked "5", were FOUR.
"Prove it; the box is marked "5", there must have been 5 in the box".
REALLY?

So, not only are most of the tables scratched so badly that they look like they've been in a daycare facility for years, but I was shorted a table top which they won't send out, and they said they'll send me 'touch up paint' for the scratched ones because I assembled them so that's considered "accepted" by me. OMG. SURREAL.

I WASTED thousands and thousands of dollars with this company.
PLEASE HEED THE REVIEWS AND DON'T DO THE SAME.

If my review helped just ONE person from making the mistake we all have made, I will say my suffering is worth it.

I've never left such a SH*TY review for ANY company, but I'm literally struggling to find words to even more negatively describe this unscrupulous place. (shrug)

This quote comes to mind...
"If this isn't the biggest bag over the head, punch in the face I ever got, gd*&%! It.
"... I want to tell them what cheap, lying, no good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dk-less, hopeless, heartless, fat a$$, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed, sack of monkey sh*! They are! Hallelujah, Holy SH*! Where's the Tylenol?!"
