Now I am deleting my lesson review and giving positive review again with 5 stars. Also I request Airtm support team to send me an email for enhanced verification as I want to continue working with them as a cashier. Hope they will reply۔۔۔And if they give me an opportunity to resume work at Airtm, I will be forever grateful to them and will promote their good behavior and fair play on various platforms and recommend my friends and family to work with Airtm. I will advise and share my personal experience with them on how they showed kindness and gave me an opportunity to refund my money. Thanks
Airtm is not honest. They refuse to allow direct deposit to my US bank. They are keeping my $$. Very dishonest company.

These are thugs i just lost over 50$ on their app, don't use it. It is a scam. They will keep asking you to submit ticket until you give up, please be vigilant.
Airtm is a scam don't use it. They limited my account over a week ago without any notification yet I had not violated any terms. I emailed them and got back an email stating that they were investigating the issue and didn't even give me a timeframe of when I should expect to access my money. It's been one week now no one answers my email I still can't access my money. I have reached out using all platforms but no one bothers to answer my texts or emails. Do not use it they will scam you off your money and won't bother to help you out even when you reach out to the support team.

My funds were stolen and the only answer I got was, that the cashier gave me "2 HOURS" to withdraw my own hard earned money, so after 2 hours that I had to honestly earn my money and were dedicated to my work teaching a 3 hour class, she got the prize: easy money! Airtm just answered, oh well you didn't withdraw the money within the time limit, they are together on this! Don't fall on their trap...

Scammers freezing funds and refusing to allow users to withdraw without KYC, so i can deposit money onto the platform without KYC but can't get it off platform, hang-on a second, i think there's a problem there.
Also there policy about $1000 trading volume for non-kyc users is rubbish as my entire trading amount was over $1000 ages ago, so if they were following there own policy they should have restricted my account and not allowed for any deposits, pretty simple right? I guess not
They will confiscate your funds revoking your verified status for no reason. Your account will be limited, i. E, you would not be able to withdraw your funds. And their support team will not respond to your request.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AIRTM!
I innocently chose Airtm as my mode of payment on a certain platform that pays to perform some tasks. My account was verified and I could transact up to $25,000 limit.
A few weeks ago I was paid $79 via my Airtm and when I was about to withdraw the money, I couldn't since my account was limited. They asked me to provide several documentation including mobile money statements, bank statements, proof of address, National ID, a 30 seconds video among an endless list of documentation.
Before I could even compile the 8 requirements, I received an email saying that I had been PERMANENTLY banned from using Airtm EVER AGAIN! They also told me to provide an alternative payment email where they could send my $79. I did an email and sent them my friend's Airtm.
The Airtm Support started asking for further requirements, including another 30-seconds video of me holding my ID and saying some weird things in the video just so that they could release the money owed to my friend's Airtm. I found this to be outrageous and unnecessarily because, why ask me to record my face and ID, whereas they permanently banned me from using Airtm Platform?
We had a back-and-forth confrontation on email with the Airtm Support up to a point whereby I have requested them to charge back the $79 to the platform that had paid me(SCALE AI) so I could change my payment method to PAYPAL. Again, this is yet to be done because they still want me to record a video of me saying outrageous things and showing my ID!
HERE IS MY ADVICE TO YOU. NEVER EVER EVER USE AIRTM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS! They will mess you up especially when you need the money. USE ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS SUCH AS PAYPAL, PAYONEER etc.
This company are scams and thieves. They locked me out of my account. After 3 years of using their site.
Airtm scammed me and also skrill. Both are criminals. I will make people pay attention and avoid you, you thieves.
