Arrived 15 minutes after purchasing and dropped off everything I asked for. 10/10 would buy from this website again!

Made several purchases at this website between April 18/ May 2,2021 Cancelled my last purchase due to a discrepancy in the check out cart. The site has an advertisement banner That says "Hot Animal Crossing items", and the items listed as on sale. During my checkout process the price of the items changed from sale price to regular price. I decided before continuing with this transaction to contact them via email, the live support they claim to have is non existent, the queue tells you a number then changes when you are getting close to getting someone on, I expressed that the website had one price but the price at the checkout reflected differently via Email. The person who responded Told me the sale price only applied to 1 item, all others were at regular price, Nowhere on the site does it have that disclaimer about the sale items only applying to 1 item, the person that answered my Email had absolutely no customer service skills, when i questioned the fact there was no disclaimer on the website, that the price only applied to 1 Item and all others were at regular price and I quote. This is the response i received "Sorry to make u confused, u can choose to not buy it or buy it", end of quote. When you make a Purchase via paypal its directed to *******@bigsmob.com and processed Under Dou. LLC. This company Dou, LLC is registered in Dover Delaware under Celera services in Dover Delaware and as having one Employee. LinkedIn has ChiLin Huang registered as the owner of Dou, LLC. If you choose to do business with this online company, I suggest you are diligent and look at the prices they may not reflect the same at checkout and you may encounter the same issue.
