Akshardhara

I had ordered FOUR books from Akshardhara Book Gallery through their online portal https://www.akshardhara.com on 5th January, 2019 and paid Rs 804 for the same. However, they sent me only THREE books and never bothered to inform me about their inability to deliver the fourth book. I mailed them on 26th January inquiring about the missing book and on 28th January 2019, they replied thus: "As the book is under printing process we are unable to send it just now.We will send it ASAP." It's been more than three months since then, but I haven't heard from them again. Neither I have received the book for which I paid in full, nor I have received any refund. These Akshardhara guys are nothing but typical scammers, stay away from them.
