Never recommend Alba Cars to any of my contacts service is so poor.A genuine customer will feel the same what I personally experienced. I was interested in a Nissan Patrol paid a booking amount of AED 5000/- after making the payment.Sales man literally picks up a trump card and says you have two options one is you have booked the card this amount is for reserving the car but no guarantee if any one comes with cash we will give the car to them.Next option this is confirmed booking you will not get a refund if bank deal is rejected then you will end by loosing this money.

Downpayment if you are paying by credit card then there is a catch they will try to take 3.5% credit card charges which is illegal when I said give me in writing manager agreed to waive it off.

Cashier is another ridiculous guy who has no clue of customer service arogant and when i asked him politely a customer is infront of you for more than 10 minutes and you are doing nothing.Cant you ask them why he is waiting for and he says I was aware calling us by our name.Then he claims he was working on something but in reality just was staring at the screen without acknowledging the customer.

Bank approaval from Emirates Islamic Bank came they were not trusting the bank and want money before delivery of the car even after Bank Manager spoke.At the time of vehicle delivery one only key was handedover and when asked for the second key they claim vehicle came with only one key.

Totally irresponsible sales team disappointnment the same accounts guy was the man who was texting giving directions as though as a customer I owe him something.This is a show off used card dealer and not at all customer friendly.First phase finance guy has to be terminated or should be placed in some other area not in the front line.

I am definitely grateful to alba it is a great service they give you and the car is in good condition

Definitely if you have the idea of buying a car alba is the best option, they have the best service, many options and they will help you choose the best one.

The service is the worst, the handover process of the car was a big failure, failed multiple times to deliver on time, delivered without fixing any of the highlighted and agreed issues to be fixed before delivery, car was sold under the fact its accident free while after inspection it had a major accident. Refused to fix the issues reported and claiming its my problem i didn't do inspection for the car myself. So forget about the hassle free and warranty things they are advertising, in reality its a big lie. I used to be a regular customer with them, but unfortunately, this will be my last time dealing with them and i strongly recommend no one to ever deal with them. Don't trust their beautiful pictures or statements, its safer to choose another preowned certified car that really provide proper service. My main problem is the bad and desciving attitude came from the most senior levels so for me its not a personal rare experience, its a company attitude. Take care everyone

I purchased a vehicle from them in February, and the front camera was faulty from the outset. They assured me that they would procure the necessary part for months. Despite my numerous follow-ups through WhatsApp, there has been no response from them in recent months. Now, they claim that the car has been in my possession for an extended period, refusing to assist me in obtaining the defective part initially.

Regrettably, they have not shown a genuine interest in resolving my concern
