I purchased Aldo shoes in May and within a day the shoes strap came off. I immediately contacted Aldo for a refund. The shoes was returned and initial refund email confirmation received on 1st June. Aldo then confirmed my card details and and it was all set up for a full refund. After few days, banking department wanted to confirm my card details and wanted to call. After 6 days of waiting I was informed that someone will call and still no calls received. The customer service keeps changing responses and no outcome of my refund. This is such a bad customer service - first the product was bad and now I have to face such bad customer service. For just $60+ I had to chase 7-8 times.
Ordered boots online and when they didn't fit I went on the the website to get a shipping label. They never sent a confirmation email, so I had no order number. Tried to call but the phones were down, and continued to be down for a week. The only way to communicate was through their chat line. I went on the first time and was given incorrect answer. Tried 2 more times, and finally got a my answer. They sent a shipping label, but now I have to follow the package back to them and let them know that they should refund me. Really after not being able to comunicate with a live person for over a week I have to do that again?! I will never order anything online from them again, and I advise others to spare themselves the aggravation and do the same!
Called the heartland store to pickup my order nobody answers the phone, Drove to pickup for the 4th time they cannot find my shoes. The store manager asked me to call the customer service they will provide a refund I have to drive again for the 5th time to refunded. Never going back again
Placed an order online at aldoshoes.com. At the time the website indicated that shoes are in stock. But after more than two weeks, received an email that order has been cancelled because it was out of stock. This reflects very poorly on the company. Initially it was indicated that the item will delivered within a week but then after two weeks informed that the item has been out of stock. Very poor experience. Will not recommend ordering from Aldo to anyone.
Every time i go to add something to my bag online (a sale item) it always pops up "an error has occurred" So i noticed it happens with EVERYTHING on the website... So then i do a chat with a sales rep and they don't even apologize they just say oh it takes up to 3 days for everything to populate as far as getting rid of an item that is sold out... What does that even mean? I don't understand as to why it wouldn't just fix itself or say currently out of stock? Why is that so hard!? So everything is just out of stock? Clean up your site god damn!
Ordered and shipping and receiving is horrible. Date keeps changing on delivery and two weeks delivery. In todays age need to be on top of shipping and expectations.Amazon knocking on dots to do business with them.
The second ordered arrived in a very bad shape, used and damaged. I returned to the store with a very disappointed customer satisfaction. I am asking the Aldo management to read my reviews and provide a good reason and answer and it would be much better for Aldo to send us a FREE same item of shoes, size and color, this will help Aldo to get the customer back with a good reviews. Hope the top Aldo management and customer relation reps can fix this because the store manager does not have the knowledge and words to say to customer. I purchased a pair of high top shoes a few months from a Aldo store and I barley wear them i only wear them on the weekend when i go out and the shoes fell apart at the stitching and when i went to the store they told me that they couldnt do anything for me so I called corporate and they told me the same thing so im out 110.00. Honestly i will never by another pair of shoes from them Im better off going to payless shoes if thats the case. You pay all that money to get quality shoes and there not worth what you pay for them
I just received an order. I purchased two clearance handbags. The first handbag did not have the shoulder strap. The second handbag has two blade slashing across the front. I am very disappointed with my order. I did not know clearance meant damaged.
Aldo's website is the worst I've seen in awhile! My shoes went over 7day delivery. The order shoes from other stores to fill orders? I called 3 times and they still haven't found them until i called the 3rd time!! You want shoes go to store!
Once you pay them they don't give a $#*! about you. Purchased a pair of shoes, wore them for 5 min and saw that they didn't fit. Went back to take a bigger size and they wouldn't allow it.
I will never purchese this brand again!
I bought a purse about 5 months ago and I have only wore it about 5 times, today while wearing it my strap fell completely off. I don't overpack my bag nor carry it around a lot. I LOVE Aldo anf have been a valued shopper for years; but when i called to see what they can do for me, they told me absolutely nothing! So pissed..
The ALDO's quality has gone down, and unfortunately the company does not care to satisfy their customers.
You get bad quality product and then need to pay half price to get it repaired at shoe repair, and the customer service does not care, I am not sure the management is aware how they work...
I am having the worst experience with aldo. I placed an order on 10th Oct in the website it mentioned that it will be delivered by 17th Oct and now i am seeing that it will ship to me on 21st when you try to contact with the customer care they keep saying they have some technical issue. Worst experience ever.
I had ordered a pair of shoes online, and i had accidentally ordered the wrong pair. I had went to store to do an exchange and at the time they didn't have the store in the size i needed to in stock. So i have been checking online to see when they did receive them back in stock for the size i needed.
For the past couple days I've been attempting to contact my local store to confirm they do have them in the size i need and have them be put on hold since my local Aldo is neatly a 30-40 minute drive with/without traffic. Unfortunately no one has ever seemed to answer the phone to this location and i have called nearly 10 times in the past couple days to speak with someone. This morning i double checked to see if they had them in stock, which they did, and check the time the store open which was 10am.
I arrived yo the mall where this location is at right around 10:40. The door were locked, lights were off, and no one was in sight. I waited around for an hour to see if anyone would like to actually show up to their job and to no ones surprise. No one was here. Attempted the call again and the phone just rang and no answer yet again.
I truly don't know what has happened to this generation where there is 0 work ethic or managers who can actually hire someone who can handle their roles. Don't work in customer service if this is how customers are treated. 10/10 do not recommend the Annapolis mall Aldo, in fact i don't recommend Aldo.
I have tried to buy shoes online and choose pay via transfer account. I have recieved email that I need to pay and then wait till they see the money on account and then they will start procès of delivery. Absolutely unexpected. I needed shoes quickly and they could not guarantee it. Another thing is that they did not allow to buy product in store and then return it if it doesn't fit ( necklace on dress which was at home). They do not give money back, just exchange. Very old style trading, considering now a days
I ordered a pair of shoes on the 13th of august 2020 and it was in stock now after more than a week i called to see what happened to my order since i didn't hear anything back. The guy i was talking to told me that my item is out of stock! Why the hell nobody said anything and why you still have my money since you don't have my item?!
I purchased a purse and shoes from Aldo in Hamilton, On. They didn't have either in the store, however the the salesperson told me no problem "I have both available on line". Great! I paid for them in store and she advised me I'd have both in 3-6 business days. Too good to be true! Order was cancelled due to not being in stock. I was never advised, only found out when I called a very inadequate customer service dept.
When an order is cancelled with Aldo, they don't automatically refund your credit card. They open a case file and you go in a queue to be called back and then 5 business days later you should receive your refund!
AVOID ALDO, THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY FROM!

I purchased a pair of boots on September 28th. On September 30th the leather began to peel. I have been dealing with customer service and still have not gotten a refund. It's well within the 60 day return policy. What is upsetting is that I had a scheduled call at 1pm and they called 10 minutes earlier (but I had class). I called them back and was hung up on by the automated line where I requested a customer service agent. I have reached out to their online chat 5 times now. Very poor customer service and planning to not shop here again
There are very smart people who work for this company. They will choose a location that is far away from your address, so you can get your order very fast. It will be about two weeks. So if you want your item within a week please pay $20 for shipping. Otherwise be patient you will get it/them in two weeks. In addition, if you want to do a price adjustment please bring your item and your receipt to the store or send it to them; they will gladly to do your price adjustment :) They will not do it over the phone :) My first and last to buy from this company ALDOSHOES.COM...
