I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.
When I bought a canvas bag from Aldo at the store in Wheaton, MD, asked about the return policy. I was told that as long as I brought an item back within 30 days with a receipt, I could return it. This morning, when I tried to return the bag, the manager told me I could not return the item because I removed the price tag. I asked, "Why didn't the clerk tell me this when I purchased the item?" She just said, "Well, that's the policy." I will NEVER step into an Aldo store.
My first Time ordering because I've been wanting a certain purse. Got a confirmation about two days later saying it wasn't in stock and that i would be refunded. Waited 10 days no refund called their number put in order number says it was shipped Monday to a completely different state. But when I talk to a live person they say they refunded my money. Got me feeling Iike I've been scammed never received my purse neither did I receive my money. Never again will I order from here it's sucks because I really wanted that da** purse. Grr...
I bought a leather purse from Aldo in June 30th. I gave it as a gift to my daughter in August 9th. She lives south of the border. My daughter has used it less than a month and the close snap ripped off from the fabric. She lives south of the border, so before I got back the purse to exchange it, it was more than the 3 months return/exchange policy of Aldo.
I phoned the Aldo store in Coquitlam Centre and they said there is nothing they can do because the policy is 3 months. I explained my situation, but NO IS THE ANSWER.
She even said maybe the purse was overused or something heavy was put inside.
Purses are supposed to be used, everyday. So Aldo purses are not supposed to be used everyday I guess. Maybe it should just be displayed.

Very bad service, daily they uploaded their website at 8 am. i was in search of some good purses for my recent visit to relatives. After 4 days of order acceptance, they send me email that they have cancelled my 3 purses because all of them out of stock, really pissed off.

I bought one pair of boots for my daughter from Aldo store, but she complained pain to both feet after only wearing one day. I tried to return to the store at Scarborough Town Center, but was denied, both the cashier and the manager are super rude and unfriendly! Then, I started calling customer service. For two weeks, I called everyday, no body answered the phone. I finally got talking to their staff, but they requested multiple pictures of the boots and receipt, I sent all to them. 3 days later, the staff said they didn't receive the receipt and requested me to send again. The fact is I sent the pictures and receipt in one email, why they didn't receive the receipt? Anyway, I sent the receipt again, Another 3 days later, they emailed me back and told me to wait while they assess the qualification of returning. After almost 1 month of emailing back and forth, finally I got the refund. It's so exhausted and I wonder whether the money is worthy of my energy and time! Now, I find the reviews on this site, really should check the review before buying! Don't buy Aldo's products unless you want yourself angry and frustrated everyday!
I purchased the handbag for my wife new year gift, of course i remove the the price tag and i gave it to her, she didnt like it and we brought in Aldo Shoes to return, the cashier was very rood and she didnt want to return for the tax, even i had my invoice and all it was show this bag purchased from them,
I was asking her name and she said we have obligation to give our name, very impolite, rood, i told her till now i purchased more than 20 shoes, she said i dont care, if you purchased 2000 pair, how funny the aldo should hire rood cashier like her,
Where do i begin? Ok, at the end. I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER order another item from this site-even if I won the item-They can keep it! This was one of the worse online experiences I have ever had. I ordered 2 items. I received 1. They refunded the money for the 2nd item and convinced me to reorder the item. A mistake! It has been over a month since my initial order and their tracking says DELIVERED. Delivered where?! I really don't think the 2nd item was ever in stock but it was a smooth trick to get me to spend SOME money with them. I have UNSUBSCRIBED to their site to avoid any contact with them. Horrible! How are they still in business?!
Bought a pair of boots a month ago wore them around my apartment for a few minutes only. Tried to return them but since i didnt have the box i got a terrible attitude from the manager at the cherry creek store in Denver. Store #2116. Called costumer service and the man I talked to told me I could create a shipping label to return via mail. So I called the cherry creek store to tell them this and the same manager hung up on me! So I called customer service back to tell them I couldn't figure out how to create a return label and was informed that I can't even do that since I bought the shoes in store. What!? The complete opposite of what I was told I could do on the previous call. So apparently some high up person will be calling to resolve this problem. We will see. Never buying from them again!
Needed a good comfortable mule heel black pair of shoes, saw the new pillow talks and highly considered due to I had a friend recommending them in the past. I liked a pair and thankfully it was on sale during the cyber Monday sales! I totally scored and was super excited to try my first pair. I waited and waited and the shipping never processed. No problem I called them and was hoping to get either figure out what happened to my pair or to see if they would honor another as most notable companies do. Mental note this is not a notable company, after waiting on the line for over 30 minutes, I hung up and tried again another day again waited another 30-45 minutes when I was finally able to get someone they also placed me on a long hold only to tell me there is nothing they could do except return the money paid. After this discussion and my clear disappointment I asked to speak with a manager, after another hold they explained one was not available and offered a discount that would not even add up to price I initially paid for item. I have yet to receive a call from the manager, coupon did come and I explained that this coupon would not be used as I found the company distastefully ran and that I would not be making further purchases with them. When you pay money for higher priced items you expect a decent treatment, I felt discriminated against for asking a question as to why I could not get item at price I initially paid for.

Ordered boots for Christmas during the Black Friday sale. Aldo sent me one boot. It took me one hour 30 minutes to get this sorted out as the online staff are not very good.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, only 2 were shipped but I was charged shipping on 3 pairs. Have tried to resolve this with the company in numerous emails but they keep telling different lies.

I ordered a pair of boots for a trip, but received two inexpensive bags. There is no way to contact ALDO and ask for help. The phone number gives three choices, which did not apply. Chat is a bot and basically gave the same options. I had no information on how to even return the unwanted bags. I re-ordered the boots, received an order confirmation then disputed the original charge, as that was my only option. Re-ordering was a mistake. They have my 2nd order of these boots that I have been charged for, not shipped for over a week with no information as to why. Ugh! I really wanted the boots. I thought I would try to re-order one more time and if I could successfully see a ship date, I would know the previous order had been stuck somewhere "out there" - Another mistake. I re-order, and get sent a confirmation and with a delivery date. Yay! But in checking back, the tracking shows "not shipped" They have not arrived on the delivery date and not shipped? Three times ALDO, three charges ALDO and I have 2 cheap vinyl bags I did not order. It looks like I have to dispute two more charges as ALDO does not engage in any type of communication. No other retailer has this type of non communication, from Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, or Amazon.
ALDO, you must do better. You just lost another customer and bad reviews can't help your brand much. So frustrating.

This company has the nicest shoes. I purchased a pair of brown leather flats about 3 years back. These shoes are made of top quality materials and last for a long time. My shoes are 3 years old and show very little ware. The shoes I bought are wider than the average flat shoe. They a rounded in the front leaving a lot of room for toes that would be cramped in some other shoes I have bought in the past from expensive dealers. With hardly no comfort. I go for comfort when ever buying shoes. Aldo's is very nice. Although they are a little pricey, They are worth it. My order was prompt and fast. The shoes where even nicer than I thought. I have had several pairs of Aldo shoes through the years. My best find was on the flats. I have not worn any of there heels. But if I was younger I sure would try them. Like most heels they are very uncomfortable. My guess is with flats this comfortable the heels may be designed not to crush your feet. If you want a great quality shoe that last try Aldo Shoes.
I tried to purchase a $67CAD four times and every time the order got cancelled. Each time I called ALDO customer service team, they indicated that's it's a banking issue, hence my orders weren't going through. I confirmed with both the banks and they confirmed that ALDO is cancelling my orders. Furthermore, I've been purchasing through other merchants and I have had no issues.
I'm utterly disappointed to have both my credit cards being cancelled on not even a $100 purchase.
I work for the bank and I clearly understand how credit cards work and it's ALDO canceling my 4 orders without being honest with me.
Went there today in both store, I went in fist to where the shoes and purses are and saw a very nice slider. I asked the tall guy on the price and available size, he said they only have 8 & 6, so I asked for 8. Waited for 5 minutes, then another staff asked me if I have been helped. Told her what I need and she went inside to look for it. Then she came out saying that they only have the left pair and that they can't find the right pair. So I opted for size 6, she came back to me saying that they only have the right pair of size 6... ridiculous right! It was on their rack and yet it has one pair only... then went to their another shop where the accessories and other stuff and bought a pair of shoes and a purse. Upon check out the staff told me that they don't have a paper bag to put my purchase... seriously? So she found a used small bag and put my purchase in it and asked me to pay extra dollar for the bag! This is not the way you treat your customers... very disappointed and I am not going back to this location anymore!
CANADIAN CONSUMERS BEWARE - Aldo is using UPS to ship to you, which hands off packages to Canada Post once they arrive in our country. This is resulting in HUGE delays in getting your items. I ordered a pair of sandals on May 20th that have not yet left their facility, and it is June 16. From there it gets worse - Canada Post tells me there is at least a 5-6 week delay in getting orders out once they get them. So my sandals will likely not arrive at my house until August. I asked Aldo for a refund given all of this, and they refused. Yes, the delays are due to COVID, but Aldo has a duty to be honest with its consumers and tell them that there will be a massive delay in getting items out to you. Their website only says "some delays" in shipping are happening - that is not honest at all. It's more like you order something and get it 2.5 months later.
The quality of shoes is good but it never fits when u wear it at home.i own about 6 pairs now but i always develop blisters or something.they are not even comfortable i dnt know y.also quite pricey.
Very bad customer service, I ordered some purses on line, after 2 days they contacted me through email, said I need to call them for security reason, don't know why, confirmed the address and later that evening teceived another email that my order was cancelled due to item not on stock, called twice talked to Alicia and then Victoria, both very rude, requested to talk to supervisor who never called me, very unprofessional and very rude service, will NEVER BUY at ALDO
I would say that Aldo has the worst website customer help and worst delivery packaging ever. I ordered 3 different jewelries, 1 pair of earrings, 1 ring, and 1 necklace. Needless to say, I received my orders in 2 separate packaging, not sure why, and also the first package I received were so poorly packaged that both earrings and ring were broken during shipping. I tried to contact their customer service through the website email and it keeps coming up as error. Also, they don't provide another email so I am left to wait until the next business day to call them. Also, I am unsure why they separated my orders into 2 packages. They certainly don't care enough to ensure the items were packed properly to ensure safe delivery. They shipped my order in a black thin plastic bag with no bubble wrap or any other wrapping to make sure the earrings and ring don't break during shipping. I find it incomprehensible how this company doesn't even care enough to make sure the items get to their customers in good condition. I will never order from Aldo ever again because I can clearly see how little they care for their customers.
So I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, received 2 "old" or you can say "used" shoes. Went to local store "Brea Mall, CA" to return, they said it's not brand new so they cannot refund you. WHAT? Hello? You shouldn't send out "used" shoes to your customers.
They forced me to exchange the shoes, which I agreed because I think its just $75 dollar, that's nothing. The shoes I choose to exchange does not have my size, so they order online again at the local store.
10 days later, got this shoes that I exchanged, it's $#*!ing "not brand new" again, holy... how delusional can Aldo be? Went to the local store again, argue with the store manager in Brea Mall CA named "Lucas", he even said "not appreciated my attitude" and looks like he wants to fight me.
First of all, you shouldn't send out old shoes, second, you shouldn't send out old shoes twice.
At the end, they forced me to exchange shoes again, or make it as store credit. SO I didn't get any refund.
Poor company, waiting it to fail, with poor customer service and poor local store manager.
By the way, it's just $75 dollars, I can just give it as thinking I'm donating to delusional company.
