I am using Alibaba since 2018, no problem at all, excellent providers, rapid response and effective delivery. The product is great quality, the best light and battery life until now. Provider response fast, needed a part replacement and it was treated in few days. We adapted te light to a face mask and it runs PERFECT as a tool to examination of patients lowering coronavirus spread

Amazing product finding service from all the sellers I've dealt with. Very honest and decent people who often go to great lengths to find you the exact products you need even if they don't currently stock them.
Money is held by Alibaba until the products arrive and some sellers accept Paypal, both of which are secure ways to pay.
I will always come here first to find items I need in bulk.

The dispute was for non supply (lack of communication from suppliers) Alice ensured she received all the relevant information from myself and from the supplier before making her decision to apply for full refund! Quality of service by Alibaba depends on what you are buying. Advertisements for large and expensive items are almost 100% misleading and confusing. Trying to get honest answers is difficult. They want customers to look at pictures and buy. Detailed info - impossible.

Please DO NOT SHOP HERE. The "Protection Plan" is BS they side with the company. I ordered from Good Goods store my wedding shoes which should of been real leather. The delivery time took forever, when I finally got it, they sent me a size 7 not 8.5 like I asked. The seller "Jason" had the nerve to say it needs to stretch to try using it. After a rip off $110.00 the dispute lasted 2 more months and of course the company sided with them. They also "Guaranteed" satisfaction, The shoe was the cheapest thing I have ever seen, also it looked used. Maybe I would of payed $10. After all I only got $20.00 back... What a rip off... I guess I have to go elsewhere for wedding stuff. "

I have the world at my fingertips when I order from Alibaba. Although things do take a long time to arrive, China is far away. There are millions of products to buy and source. Such a great platform for buyers and resellers.

Supplier did what she said, product received on time and as expected. I had no issues with communication, she did her job perfectly. Alibaba has a good system to track shipment and assure payment is secure.

Unless you get problem you never know paid for good to arrived within 10 days مکس been a month alibaba refuse to help as they said transportation is not in suppliers hand my order is under 1000$ it's gone never trust them don't order from this plot form

Website is easy to navigate. I have another order under investigation because of the supplier not responding. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly. If it wasn't for this dispute, I would have given a 5 star.

Some supplier sales are tricky such as, (1) sent other model that is is not on the deal, (2) send other brand and do not responsible when the machine is not working said "The product is no longer in production, since we've just purchase it for 3 months only". Alibaba should solve this problem seriously.

I've used Alibaba long time ago (10 years ago), since then it became more professional, but still need some improvement. Specially Messenger system is very hard to work with.
First, it doesn't group the conversation, and for single supplier you see 100 contacts. Second, it's better to split messaging system and ordering system. Combining these two are so confusing. Most of the time, i get notification that I have order from supplier, and when i check it, it's just short reply from supplier!

I was able to find a very reliable and helpful supplier through Alibaba. There may be some less-than-helpful suppliers out there, but through proper research and communication this site can give an endless array of opportunities to find excellent manufacturers to do business with! I don't typically write reviews online, but I think it's worth it given that this is something that has made a big impact on my life and does a great service to the world by getting buyers in touch with suppliers in such an efficient manner.

The system of Alibaba is excellent from buying to receiving all products.

Suggestions:
1. A large number of suppliers don't have stocks and waste our time in communication. They also get our personal information. Such suppliers should be banned.
2. Some suppliers are offering low prices on their site but their real price is horrifying.
3. The shipping rates should be available for buyers as everyone states different prices and we are unable to define who is right and who is wrong.

Alibaba is a good platform to establish communication with traders and manufacturers. Although some communications barriers exist, suppliers often find the way to make it clear. Additional services as payment warranty and on-site inspection are key to truly trust new suppliers

Good experience in sourcing different products thru Alibaba. I ordered several times both samples or bigger quantities and everything went well. I had some delays from a supplier but having the trade assurance in place I didn't had to be worried.

Nothing but good words to describe my experience using alibaba. Reliable Suppliers with good communication. Dependent on the supplier or manufacturer they will go above and beyond to offer the best support on your venture no matter what you are looking to sell. Great prices also.

I have used this site just a few times but my experience has been very good each time. When shopping for items for resale at the flea market or at your retail location, this is a great place to find them.

The site does not flow well, and it is hard to find items that match my requirements. The search box result is neither precise nor accurate.

There are far far too many spam emails generated from suppliers selling products that have no bearing on my needs.

Had mixed feelings with about this company.

First two purchases I made turned out good. The nail polish and the coat.
And then the third one was a pretty bad experience. Firstly the package arrived only after 56 days, when it usually takes 15-30 days from other services, than it turned our that the seller sent me the wrong color(I ordered a dress). And then I spent about two weeks arguing with him(I did not want a discount I wanted the right color! Or my money back). And the support of Alibaba was not very helpful too, so only three star I guess.

I've used this company multiple times and have always received the finished products before the scheduled time frame and have always been extremely pleased with their decals. The communication is great, too. I do advise checking your work email either late at night or early in the morning, 6 a.m.

I was desperate to find this product for a charity hockey tournament and could not find local suppliers who could meet my requirements. A very simple search on Alibaba put me in contact with an excellent, friendly and skilled supplier and the entire experience was wonderful from that point forward!
