They are very professional and I am a little sad for the bad reviews, since if you have a bad experience on Alibaba that is most likely due to third party companies. You need to open your eyes and choose to work with most professional companies there (as everywhere), however Alibaba itself is an amazing experience.

A little bit daunting when first entering in to an deal, compared to the ease of ebay or Amazon, however that is where the comparison stops. We have found a great suppliers, who offer exactly what we want for a fraction of the price we were paying before and once you get used to the adjustment in the ordering process, I'm very happy overall and have full confidence Alibaba to securely handle the transaction to completion.

Products are quality and nice. However, the packing could have been more robust as a couple were bent in transit. I only lost a few of the candle tins, but thought that there could have been more bubble wrap instead of thin layers or plastic foam sheeting. The candle accessories were laser etched nice with my branded font. Some of the boxes had bends in them upon arrival though. I had no problems with communications with this company.

As a Mexican, it is difficult to find committed, responsible and patient providers and I found all that in Feitian.

My product arrived quickly, complete and smoothly, properly identified.

Without thinking, I would buy from them again since they solved the problem that arose immediately and my product arrived faster than expected.

Good service, relatively easy experience for a first time customer of Alibaba. The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is because the messaging platform on Alibaba could be updated. It is not very clear which messages have been read, opened, not read, ect.

I have ordered from a couple of different companies on Alibaba and both times have exceeded my expectations in regards to quality, communication, production turn-around, and speed of shipping. The most important thing to see in mind is to do your due diligence when looking for a new company to work with. It's important to look at reviews, how long they've been in business (and on Alibaba), how they are ranked, etc. My experiences have been very positive and I look forward to continuing doing so.

Going through Alibaba is like having a big brother looking out for you, resolving any issues between buyer and supplier. Alibaba gives all the guidelines and information you need to have good business deals. Thank you Alibaba making it so easy.

Supplier shows fake pictures as a proof and now asking for the rest of the payment before shipping.
Every time asking why you are sending different pictures, they ignore to answer and send another set of photos and say: here's your products and they are ready to ship.

I was able to find the products I looked for. The suppliers or sellers that I contacted where mostly professional about their business. Although some ignored my enquiries.
The purchase and shipment from the seller that I eventually transacted with was very smooth.
Payment and receipt of my goods where all very good. I made payment via the trade assurance process which gave me peace of mind.
I will definitely do business on this site again as long as it has the products I'm looking for.

I have ordered six different items from Alibaba. Of these, three never arrived. Only one was as advertised, a leather guitar strap that actually came from Switzerland.

One order of guitar strings was clearly fake. They were supposed to be Fender strings but were nowhere near the advertised size or quality. The supplier promised to replace them but they never arrived, either.

Instead of ordering from Alibaba, toss your money into the street. The chances of someone finding it that actually needs it is better than your chances of receiving anything satisfactory from Alibaba.
